Cranberry Orange Relish

Although a bit similar to the relish mold, this relish is another must on the Thanksgiving and Christmas tables.

Cranberry Orange Relish

2 medium oranges
4 cups fresh cranberries (1 lb.)
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts (or pecans)

Remove the orange portion of the peel of one orange; set aside. Completely peel and section both oranges. Grind reserved orange peel, orange sections, and cranberries. Stir in sugar and nuts. Chill for several hours.
